Is this the most "Epic" day you can have at the Disneyland Resort in 2026? Today, The Roaming Twins are celebrating 70 years of the "Happiest Place on Earth" by doing it all. From the return of a fan-favorite parade to an exclusive look behind the magic, this is our ultimate tribute to Walt’s original park. We started our day by checking in for the Disneyland 70: Seven Decades of Magic Tour. For the 70th Anniversary, this special guided tour takes you through the history of the park, featuring stories you’ve never heard and an exclusive look at the "Walt’s Vision" exhibit. We even got a special commemorative 70th Anniversary pin and a themed treat that you can only get through this tour. If you’re a Disney history buff, we’ll tell you exactly why this is worth the reservation. Next, we went on a Dark Ride Marathon! We’re hitting all the classics that have been there since (or near) the beginning. From the high-flying adventure of Peter Pan’s Flight to the "wild" ride with Mr. Toad, and the updated 2026 effects in Snow White’s Enchanted Wish and Alice in Wonderland. We’re using the Canon R6 Mark III to see just how well these low-light classics look with modern sensor tech. But the real highlight of the night is the return of Paint the Night! This is widely considered the best parade Disney has ever created, and seeing it return for the 70th Anniversary is a dream come true. With over 1.5 million LED lights and that infectious "When Can I See You Again?" soundtrack, we’ve got the best spot on Main Street, U.S.A. to show you the full 2026 version of the parade—including the new WISH float that was added for this celebration.
